Refund & Return Policy

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product entirely, we will make it right — at no extra cost to you. Please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
To expedite your resolution, please include the following when reaching out:
- Your Order Number
- A clear photo or short video of the damaged or incorrect item
- A photo of the shipping packaging
Once your claim is verified, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional processing time to reflect the funds on your statement.
Please do not mail any items back to the return address listed on your original shipping label — unauthorized returns cannot be tracked or processed.
Exchanges & Buyer's Remorse
Because items are processed and shipped immediately through our partner fulfillment network, we are unable to accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for buyer's remorse — such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong color or variant, or entering an incorrect shipping address.
We kindly ask that you carefully review your cart details and shipping address completely before finalizing your checkout.
